Formula and convention
Use crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling for uniform indices. Modeled entropy = length x log2(alphabet size).A worked example
Twenty random letters and digits have about 119 bits of modeled entropy.
Scope and precision
Output is not stored or sent. Entropy assumes independent uniform characters. Store passwords appropriately; this page cannot assess a compromised device.
